To start, input your data into the table on the left under the Input Data section. Each row should include:
Value (numeric data point)
Group (category or label for the data point)
As you fill in the table, new rows will be automatically added. You can also paste data from Excel directly into the table, ensuring that each row has two columns for value and group.
After entering your data, click Update Data to generate the boxplot. The right sidebar allows you to customize various aspects of your plot:
Graph Dimensions: Set the width and height of the plot.
Font Choice: Choose the font style for the axis labels.
Axis Labels: Customize the labels for the X and Y axes.
Bar Thickness: Adjust the thickness of the bars in the boxplot.
Color Settings: Set custom colors for different groups.
Y-Axis Range: Manually set the start and end values for the Y-axis, or use auto-adjust.
Show Mean/Median: Toggle the display of mean and median lines on the boxplot.
Once you're satisfied with your boxplot, you can export it using the options in the Export tab:
Export Format: Choose between JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or BMP.
Resolution: Select the desired resolution (300, 600, or 1200 ppi).
File Name: Set a custom filename for the export.
Click Export Plot to save the plot to your computer.
Use the Tables tab to view a summary of the statistical properties of your data, such as mean, median, quartiles, and range.
For detailed information on each feature, click the Info button in the sidebar.
